Information for visitors and exhibitors

Intro:
WoRR is the successor to the CGN/MGL Convention and and took place for the first time on May 23, 2026, in the foyer of the Neuss City Hall (Selikumer Straße 25, 41460 Neuss). The next event will take place on October 31, 2026. The City Hall is conveniently located in the southeast of Neuss.

Admission:
€5 – Free admission for children under 14 years of age.
The admission price includes two tombola tickets (airplane models, etc.).
Tombola:
The tombola will take place at 1:00 p.m. during the event.
Arrival / Parking:
Düsseldorf Airport (DUS) is 15 kilometers away, Cologne-Bonn Airport (CGN) is 50 kilometers away.
The main train stations in Düsseldorf and Neuss are connected by S-Bahn trains.
From Düsseldorf main station towards Neuss main station:
S-Bahn 8 Hagen – Neuss main station – Mönchengladbach,
S-Bahn 11 Cologne – Neuss main station – Düsseldorf,
S-Bahn 28 Kaarster See – Neuss main station – Mettmann Stadtwald
From Neuss main station, tram line 709 and various bus lines go directly to the City Hall.
Tram line 709 towards Gerresheim, get off at the “Stadthalle / Clemens Sels Museum Neuss” stop.

Bus lines 828, 854, 851/52, 841, get off at the “Stadthalle / Clemens Sels Museum Neuss” stop.

The Neuss-West motorway junction (A46 / A57) is approx. 3 kilometers away.
There is a paid parking lot directly next to the City Hall. In addition, the adjacent Dorint Hotel has a paid underground parking garage (€22/night).

Table reservations/cancellations:
The organizer will provide the exhibitor with the number of tables booked and the corresponding stand space for the entire duration of the event, including set-up and dismantling times.
The tables for the stands measure 1.2 m * 0.6 m. The price per table is €25. Chairs are available free of charge if required.
A maximum of 15 tables can be booked per exhibitor. Tables in the second row (back tables) are also available upon request!
Tables can only be booked online. Please indicate any special requests (e.g., “table next to xx if possible,” “table by the window if possible,” or “x chairs required”) in the comments field when booking! We will try to accommodate your requests!
Payment is made during the booking process. The invoice serves as confirmation of your booking.
Cancellations can be made until September 30, 2026, without giving a reason, by emailing info@wingsoverrheinruhr.de. Please attach the invoice and provide your bank details for a refund.
Cancellation after September 30, 2026, is only possible in exceptional cases (e.g., illness). In this case, please also contact us by email at info@wingsoverrheinruhr.de.
Setting up and dismantling tables:
The organizer is responsible for setting up and dismantling the tables.
Setup of goods is possible on Friday, October 30, 2026, from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM and Saturday, October 31, 2026, from 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM.
Dismantling of the goods will take place on Saturday, October 31, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Dismantling before the end of the event is not permitted.
Each exhibitor is responsible for setting up and dismantling their own goods.
The stand area must be left in a clean and tidy condition by the exhibitor at the end of the event. If a stand area is left dirty in contravention of this requirement, the organizer will charge the exhibitor for the cleaning of the area.
Exhibitors are responsible for disposing of any trash generated at their stands.
There is no power supply for the stands.
Use of tables:
The exhibitor is responsible for the design of the tables. However, we would like to point out that the structure must not exceed a height of 1.50 m and the table size (1.2 m x 0.6 m). Any extension beyond this is only possible by arrangement and may be subject to a charge.
Only the respective exhibitor is permitted to use the tables; subletting is prohibited. The items offered for sale are limited to aviation-related collectibles (models, memorabilia, accessories, literature, etc.).
The sale of food and beverages is prohibited.
It is prohibited to bring, carry, or use substances that are classified as hazardous materials in solid, liquid, or gaseous form.
Emergency exits, escape routes, and firefighting equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers) must be kept clear.
The instructions of persons authorized to give instructions and take action must be followed without being asked.
Furthermore, we do not tolerate any writings or audio or video recordings that are contemptuous or discriminatory towards people or incite hatred.
Violation of any of these provisions will result in immediate exclusion from the event. In this case, the fee paid will not be refunded.
Exhibitors acting as dealers are responsible for fulfilling all tax obligations, warranty obligations, and other rights and obligations arising from a commercial transaction. The organizer accepts no responsibility for any consequences that may arise from a commercial transaction.
Each exhibitor is responsible for insuring their goods or exhibits against loss or damage.
Admission:
Free admission for 2 persons per exhibitor.
Loading zones:
By default, deliveries should be made via Loading Zone 1 near the main entrance. The entrance is wheelchair accessible! Vehicles may only be parked briefly in the driveway for loading. The center of the roadway must ALWAYS remain clear for the fire department!
Alternatively, Loading Zone 2 is available for the delivery of small quantities.
After unloading, the designated parking areas may be used.
Parking for exhibitors:
Inexpensive parking next to the City Hall or Dorint underground car park (see above).
No further discounts for exhibitors.
Internet / WiFi:
Available free of charge. Access data will be provided on site.
